I have put the C172 model on display on my office where others can see and ask about. It's size and all-wood decor is very unusual and that creates questions for other workers.
The assembly was difficult because the nails on the wing did not fit the two holes on the fuselage at first. Had to drill larger holes to make it fit.
When we called about the broken elevator, the customer assistant just simplified everything by sending a replacement model, that came with few problems. We liked that.

This was such a special gift to my husband, who started his flying career a couple years ago. We just moved into a new house this year and will begin our collection of model planes. He absolutely loved it and it shows really well too!

I bought this for a gift for my husband, as this is the plane he flew while in pilot training. The plane is from a beautiful, polished wood and makes a nice display for his office. Only problem I had is that the first one arrived damaged, but it was replaced at no cost in time for his birthday.

The plane was absolutely gorgeous! I got it for my boyfriend because it was the first plane he ever flew. I was so excited. When we opened the box, the tail wing had broken off in the shipping. We called [...] and they shipped a new one to us right away and even paid for the return shipping! The new one was perfect and now sits beautifully in my boyfriend's office.
