Curtiss P-6E Model Airplane

The Curtiss, AP06 is remembered as a beautiful biplane. A first line pursuit aircraft of the 1930s, it was the last of the fighter biplanes to be built in quantity for the Army Air Corps. Interestingly enough, the Curtis was never used in combat and only 46 were produced.

This rare fighter plane has been painstakingly reproduced in miniature. Hand-carved from kiln-dried mahogany, this model is also hand painted in extraordinary, historical detail.
