The P-51Mustang is considered to be one of greatest single seat fighters used in World War II. This single-seat fighter was powered by a supercharged Merlin engine. Our replica of the P-51 is a stunning hand-carved work of art. No trees were destroyed in crafting this gorgeous model, as this piece was crafted of mahogany wood recycled from a furniture manufacturer. Three layers of polyurethane create a protective glossy finish to highlight the wood.

The holes were not drilled properly in the parts that attach (wings, tail, etc) so that they did not fit flush against the plane, leaving slight gaps.
The stain used makes the wood look great.
The plane shows very well from a few feet away, but when you get close, you can see the gaps where it doesn't connect well.
